- Conduct property viewings, prepare and present offers, negotiate terms, and support clients through the entire transaction process
- Maintain up to date knowledge of local real estate market trends, prices, and regulations, and accurately communicate this information in Arabic and English
- Build and manage a pipeline of leads, follow up with prospects, provide high quality customer service, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth closing of deals and after sales support
Requirements
- Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to assess client needs and provide tailored real estate solutions
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Proven customer service abilities, including responsiveness, active listening, and maintaining long term client relationships
- Demonstrated sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive market
- Solid understanding of the real estate sector, preferably in Abu Dhabi or the UAE, including local regulations and market dynamics
- Relevant experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or in a similar client facing role is highly beneficial
- Ability to work on site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple listings and client inquiries simultaneously
- Proficiency with basic office software and real estate CRM tools; valid UAE driving license is an advantage
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Property Consultant | Arabic Speaker role based in Abu Dhabi.
- The Property Consultant will handle day to day activities such as meeting clients, understanding their property needs, and providing informed recommendations on suitable residential and commercial options.
