About the Role
Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated, confident, and results-driven Spanish-speaking Real Estate Agent in Abu Dhabi.
The agent will serve Spanish-speaking and international buyers, investors, and property owners in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with Spanish-speaking and international clients.
- Generate business through networking, referrals, lead generation, social media, and prospecting.
- Assess client property requirements, budgets, and investment objectives.
- Advise on residential and investment opportunities across Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations.
- Manage leads and clients throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate offers and support property transactions.
- Build relationships with owners, developers, investors, and industry professionals.
- Maintain knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities, developments, trends, and pricing.
- Maintain client and property records in the company CRM.
- Work with marketing and administrative teams to maximize opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and comply with company policies and UAE regulations.
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish and English are required.
- Experience in real estate, sales, customer service, or business development is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills are required.
- UAE real estate experience and Abu Dhabi market knowledge are advantageous.
- A UAE driving licence and own vehicle are preferred.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.

Compensation
- Pay is listed as up to AED 1.00 per month.
- The role includes an attractive commission structure.
