- Prospect and qualify leads for property sales and leasing

- Deliver excellent customer service in Arabic and English

Requirements
- Real Estate License and solid understanding of local real estate regulations
- Hands on experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Strong Sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Fluency in Arabic and good command of English
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market and related legal processes
- Ability to work on site and manage multiple clients
- Comfort with using CRM systems, email, and basic office software
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Real Estate Agent | Arabic Speaker role based in Abu Dhabi.
- Handle day to day activities such as prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of local market trends, preparing and reviewing contracts, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring all transactions comply with relevant regulations.
- Deliver excellent customer service in Arabic and English, managing client communication, negotiating offers, and maintaining accurate records in company systems.
Qualifications
- Real Estate License and solid understanding of local real estate regulations.
- Hands on experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions.
- Strong Sales and negotiation skills focused on closing deals ethically and effectively.
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a client focused, solutions oriented approach.
- Fluency in Arabic and good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market and related legal processes.
- Ability to work on site, manage multiple clients, and handle time sensitive tasks.
- Comfort with using CRM systems, email, and basic office software for daily operations.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for property visits.
- Previous experience in real estate or a closely related field is preferred.
