- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Familiarity with standard forms of contracts and procurement methods in the construction industry
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem solving skills

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Quantity Surveyor role based in Abu Dhabi.
- The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), assisting with cost planning during pre contract stages, and supporting tender preparation and evaluation.
- Daily tasks include monitoring project costs, updating cost reports, verifying contractor claims, and ensuring that expenditures remain within approved budgets.
- The role also involves coordinating with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams to provide accurate cost data, identify potential savings, and support contract administration and variations.
Qualifications
- Strong cost management capabilities, including Cost Control and Cost Management skills to monitor budgets and project expenditures effectively.
- Experience in BOQ preparation and review, with the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and scope of work accurately.
- Proficiency in Cost Planning, including forecasting, budgeting, and supporting pre and post contract financial planning.
- Ability to produce clear and accurate Cost Reporting, including periodic financial statements, variance analyses, and projections.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with standard forms of contracts and procurement methods in the construction industry.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary project teams.
