Job overview
Lead and manage the company’s Quality Management System across corporate departments and construction project sites.
Act as the Management Representative for the QMS and coordinate audits, inspections, testing, and quality improvement initiatives.
Employment and compensation
- The assignment is listed as one year and extendable.
- Salary is AED 22,000 per month.
- Benefits include an employment visa, medical insurance, annual flight tickets, and annual leave.
Experience and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of construction QA/QC experience, including significant senior leadership experience.
- Strong experience managing a company-wide QMS across multiple projects and departments.
- ISO training is required; Lead Auditor training is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and construction quality standards.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is preferred.
- Strong QA/QC, auditing, inspection, testing, NCR, corrective action, and documentation knowledge.
- English communication skills are required; Arabic is an advantage.
