Job Overview

Employment and Compensation

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering is required.
- A Master’s degree is preferred, and PMP certification is an added value.
- At least 15 years of experience in a senior leadership position is required.
- Candidates need complex project leadership, communication, analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication is required; Arabic proficiency is an additional skill.
