- Implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures for MEP works

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline
- Proven experience in MEP QA/QC for high rise building projects in a contracting environment
- Strong Quality Assurance skills, including development and implementation of QA procedures and compliance with relevant standards
- Robust Quality Control skills, including supervision of site activities, verification of materials and workmanship, and adherence to approved drawings and specifications
- Experience in Quality Auditing, including participation in internal and external audits and preparation of audit findings and follow up actions
- Quality Management capabilities, including documentation, reporting, continuous improvement, and coordination with project stakeholders
- Inspection skills for MEP works in high rise buildings, including routine and final inspections, testing, and commissioning support
- Familiarity with international and local building codes, MEP standards, and relevant QA/QC methodologies; experience in Dubai or GCC projects is highly beneficial
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary site teams and meet project deadlines

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role based in Dubai for QA/QC Engineers specializing in MEP systems with high rise building experience and a contracting background.
- The role involves implementing and maintaining quality assurance and quality control procedures for MEP works, including reviewing drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
- Day to day responsibilities include conducting inspections and tests on MEP installations, preparing QA/QC documentation, reports, and checklists, and coordinating with site teams, contractors, and consultants to resolve quality related issues.
- The QA/QC Engineer will monitor non conformities, oversee corrective and preventive actions, support internal and external audits, and contribute to continuous improvement of quality management processes on high rise construction projects.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Quality Assurance skills, including development and implementation of QA procedures and compliance with relevant standards.
