About the Role

- Conduct site inspections and surveillance to identify quality issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Coordinate WIRs, MIRs, ITPs, NCRs, snagging, de snagging, and closeout documentation
- Work closely with consultants, subcontractors, and project execution teams to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards
- Monitor material inspections, work inspections, FLS activities, and ensure rejected materials are properly quarantined and removed from site
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years in construction QA/QC
- Strong experience in construction QA/QC, inspections, documentation, NCR closure, and consultant coordination
- UAE construction experience is preferred
