Work across mobile applications, backend systems, payment gateways, merchant acquiring, and related financial services.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders on stability, security, and compliance.
Functional accountabilities and responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end functional and non-functional testing for mobile applications.
- Analyze payment transaction flows for security and identify potential business-process vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with development teams on security best practices and compliance regulations.
- Perform backend API testing and database validation for data integrity and security.
- Participate in Agile projects and align QA activities with development cycles.
- Stay current with security guidelines and compliance standards for payment and telecommunications.
Job prerequisites
- Proven payment and mobile application industry experience with a strong QA focus.
- Familiarity with security methodologies, regulations, and compliance standards such as PCI DSS.
- Experience with end-to-end mobile application testing, including functional and non-functional testing.
- Hands-on backend API testing and database testing experience.
- Experience working in Agile development environments with QA involvement in sprints.
- Familiarity with third-party payment systems and end-to-end payment workflows.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
