The Role
Astra Tech is seeking a Head of Product, Consumer to own and drive its B2C financial products.
The product portfolio includes WPS, Cards, Lending, Wallet, and future product verticals.
This is a senior leadership role spanning business strategy, user experience, financial regulation, and commercial growth.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end product strategy for consumer financial products.
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap in alignment with company OKRs.
- Balance user needs, commercial goals, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing product management team across multiple product lines.
- Partner with engineering, design, data, risk, compliance, and commercial teams.
- Drive activation, engagement, retention, and revenue through rigorous data-informed decisions.
- Stay ahead of fintech trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory shifts across the UAE and wider MENA region.
- Represent the consumer product organization to executive leadership and the board.
