Astra Tech is hiring a fresh graduate for an entry-level Procurement Analyst role.
The role supports the end-to-end purchasing process, including supplier sourcing, purchase orders, spend analysis, and procurement records.
The position provides mentorship, training, and structured development toward a procurement career.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and prepare comparison sheets.
- Maintain procurement records, supplier data, catalogues, and pricing information.
- Analyze spend data and prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries.
- Track orders and deliveries and follow up with suppliers.
- Support policy compliance, supplier onboarding, documentation, and invoice discrepancy resolution.
- Coordinate with finance, operations, warehouse, and other stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support and contribute to continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- The role is intended for candidates with 0–2 years of experience, including recent graduates and candidates with internship experience.
- Strong numerical and analytical ability, attention to detail, and accuracy are required.
- Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel formulas, sorting, filtering, and basic pivot tables, is required.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
- Eagerness to learn, a proactive attitude, teamwork, organization, and time management are required.
- ERP or procurement systems familiarity is advantageous but not essential.
