Role Summary
Act as the business PMO for the lending business.
Drive key operational initiatives and support payment-related business continuity.
Coordinate cross-functional projects across Product, Tech, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Operations.

Business Project Management
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across the lending business.
- Develop project plans, track milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify project risks and blockers and drive resolution with relevant stakeholders.
- Establish governance and reporting mechanisms to improve execution visibility and accountability.
Business Coordination and Execution
- Coordinate with Product, Tech, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations teams.
- Translate business requirements into actionable plans and track implementation progress.
- Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Support operational readiness and post-implementation follow-up for key initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, PMO, or related roles.
- Experience in fintech, lending, payments, banking, or financial services is preferred.
- Experience in payment operations, finance operations, reconciliation, or business process management is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with payment lifecycle processes including disbursement, repayment, refund, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Understanding of payment gateways, wallet operations, banking processes, and financial controls.
- Experience working closely with Product, Finance, Payment, Risk, and Technology teams.
