Role Summary
Define the design vision for Botim For Business and translate it into distinctive, trusted B2B customer experiences.
Serve as a senior individual contributor and design anchor, personally leading important 0-to-1 product bets and improving products already in market.
Identify opportunities, frame customer problems, test propositions, and influence what the business builds and why it matters.
Simplify complex infrastructure, regulatory requirements, and operational processes into transparent and trustworthy experiences.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Executives to define the design vision and translate strategy into experience principles, priorities, and product direction.
- Lead 0-to-1 initiatives from opportunity discovery and proposition development through validation, launch, and iteration.
- Use customer insight, research, prototyping, and data to frame ambiguous problems and reduce uncertainty.
- Improve onboarding, verification, transactions, account management, reporting, and servicing journeys.
- Identify fragmentation and remove friction across products already in market.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Commercial teams.
- Balance commercial, regulatory, technical, and operational requirements while influencing senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of product design experience.
- Strong B2B experience in payments, fintech, banking, or another regulated financial environment.
- Experience with design vision, product strategy, proposition development, and both 0-to-1 and scaled products.
- Hands-on experience shipping B2B, merchant, or financial products used by real customers.
- Strong understanding of transactional journeys, customer trust, risk, fees, reliability, and operational complexity.
- Excellent interaction design, systems thinking, facilitation, product judgment, and data literacy.
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, craft quality, and measurable product impact.
