The Role
Own and drive the full suite of B2C financial products, including WPS, Cards, Lending, Wallet, and future products.
Set product vision, define the roadmap, and lead product managers delivering experiences used by millions of people.
Make strategic decisions across business strategy, user experience, growth, and financial regulation.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end product strategy for consumer financial products and new verticals.
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap in alignment with company OKRs.
- Balance user needs, commercial goals, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing product management team across multiple product lines.
- Partner with engineering, design, data, risk, compliance, and commercial teams.
- Drive activation, engagement, retention, and revenue using a data-informed approach.
- Track fintech trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory shifts across the UAE and wider MENA region.
- Represent the consumer product organization to executive leadership and the board.
Requirements
- Experience owning product strategy for consumer financial or fintech products.
- Ability to define and prioritize roadmaps while balancing user needs, commercial goals, and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership experience managing, mentoring, and scaling product management teams.
- Ability to partner with engineering, design, data, risk, compliance, and commercial teams.
- Strong data-informed approach to product and business decisions.
- Knowledge of fintech trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments in the UAE and wider MENA region.
- Ability to represent a consumer product organization to executive leadership and the board.
