Responsibilities
- Manage visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and immigration processes
- Handle labour and government formalities for employee onboarding and offboarding
- Coordinate Emirates ID, medical, WPS, and related government requirements
- Liaise with MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, DED, and other relevant authorities
- Ensure timely renewal of company licenses and official documentation
- Maintain compliance with UAE labour and immigration regulations
- Monitor visa quotas and support workforce planning requirements
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to PRO activities
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a PRO
- Experience in manpower supply, outsourcing, staffing, or recruitment industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour, immigration, and government procedures
- Experience with MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, Tasheel, E Channel, and related portals
- Arabic language proficiency required
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and government platforms
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
- UAE Driving License is an advantage

Job Overview
