About the Role
Roots Origin Properties seeks a full-time, on-site Property Consultant in Abu Dhabi to support clients through the property transaction cycle. The role includes managing inquiries, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and building a client network.

Responsibilities
- Support clients through the entire property transaction cycle, including understanding requirements, conducting property viewings, and presenting suitable options
- Manage client inquiries, maintain up to date knowledge of available listings, prepare and review documents, and coordinate with landlords, buyers, and other stakeholders
- Negotiate offers, explain contractual terms, and ensure a smooth customer experience from initial contact to closing
- Contribute to sales targets by actively prospecting, following up on leads, and building a strong client network in both Arabic and English
Requirements
- Strong Consulting and Real Estate skills
- Excellent Communication skills in Arabic and English
- Solid Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales skills including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market, local regulations, and property documentation processes preferred
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable working on site, collaborating with team members, and attending property viewings and client meetings
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field, along with prior experience in real estate or property consulting preferred
