Overview

  • Are you an off-plan or secondary broker in Dubai who's ready to stop chasing stock and step into a founder-led luxury brand that already pulls HNW buyers in?
  • This role is with one of Dubai's fastest-growing bespoke luxury brokerages, founded by a high-profile global entrepreneur.
  • They sit across the full Dubai luxury market — primary launches, exclusive resale, branded residences and waterfront stock and are partnered with the city's most prestigious developers.
  • The buyer base is HNW and UHNW, sourced both inbound through the brand and outbound
  • through the team.
  • They are now scaling the sales floor and hiring experienced brokers across both off-plan and secondary.
  • You'll run your own pipeline with the platform, listings, and marketing engine of a brand built for this end of the market.

  • What will you be doing?
  • Running the full sales cycle end-to-end — lead, qualify, view, negotiate, close
  • Advising HNW and UHNW clients on Dubai property — investment thesis, returns, payment plans, exit strategy
  • Building and maintaining a buyer and seller network across the UAE and key feeder markets (UK, Europe, GCC, India, CIS)
  • Working closely with developer partners on off-plan launches — inventory, allocations, client
  • placement
  • Sourcing and listing exclusive secondary stock; pricing it accurately and bringing it to market at the brand standard
  • Representing the brand at viewings, events and developer roadshows
  • What do you need?
  • 1 to 5+ years as a property broker in Dubai with a demonstrable closed-deal track record
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and developers — Palm Jumeirah, Downtown, Dubai
  • Hills, Emirates Hills, Business Bay, Dubai Marina, branded residences
  • RERA-certified, or ready to obtain certification immediately on joining
  • Genuinely commercial — you can read a deal, structure it, and close it
  • Polished, articulate, credible in front of HNW clients
  • Existing client book or strong feeder market network is a real plus
  • Fluency in English; Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Urdu, French, or Mandarin is a strong advantage
