About the Role
KinFitz & Co. is hiring a senior enterprise sales professional to build regional business for an Australian deep-tech AI company in Dubai. The role involves building enterprise pipeline across GCC, educating C-suite on AI-led transformation, and managing opportunities to close.

- Build and qualify an enterprise pipeline across UAE, KSA, Qatar and the wider GCC
- Educate CEOs, CIOs, CTOs and government decision makers on AI led digital transformation
- Manage opportunities from first contact through to CEO led close
- Work with Australia and the company's global engagement resources for introductions
Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise technology sales with a track record of personally closing complex deals at USD 500k+
- Existing C suite and government relationships across the GCC UAE network is essential
- Genuine AI literacy and ability to communicate complex technology to non technical executives
- Entrepreneurial, self directed, comfortable building from zero in a startup environment
- Experience navigating long enterprise sales cycles (6 18 months) and multi stakeholder procurement

Role Overview
- An Australian deep tech company with proven enterprise deployments across government, defence and large scale retail is establishing its commercial presence across the Middle East and Europe.
- Their AI engineering platform fundamentally changes how enterprise software is built and they need their first senior commercial hire in Dubai to develop the regional pipeline.
What you'll be doing
- Building and qualifying an enterprise pipeline across UAE, KSA, Qatar and the wider GCC.
