About the Role

Responsibilities
- Build and convert a pipeline of complex corporate clients including importers, exporters, multi entity businesses, and private markets clients
- Own new business development across face to face meetings, networking events, LinkedIn, calls, and email
- Manage and grow existing accounts while prioritizing net new revenue
- Qualify clients against a clear ICP: businesses with fifty or more payments per month, two or more entities, and annual turnover between five and one hundred million pounds
- Contribute to business improvement beyond pure sales including CRM rollout, product feedback, and cross functional projects
Requirements
- Four or more years of experience selling FX, payments, or adjacent B2B financial services to corporate clients
- A track record of generating new business revenue
- Experience with complex, multi entity or high payment volume clients
- Based in Dubai

What will you be doing?
- Building and converting a pipeline of complex corporate clients importers, exporters, multi entity businesses, and private markets clients.
- Owning new business development across face to face meetings, networking events, LinkedIn, calls, and email.
- Managing and growing existing accounts while prioritising net new revenue.
- Qualifying clients against a clear ICP: businesses with fifty or more payments per month, two or more entities, and annual turnover between five and one hundred million pounds.

What do you need?

- Experience with complex, multi entity or high payment volume clients.
- A mindset built for a fast changing, entrepreneurial environment not a role for people who need a long ramp up.
- Motivated by commission and variable upside, not a high fixed base.
- Based in Dubai.
