- Guide customers through change management as they adopt new ways of working
- Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with stakeholders at every level
Requirements
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Copilot, ideally delivering workshops or training
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint
- 3 to 5 years of experience, ideally with a consulting or business analyst background
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and running workshops
- Based in Dubai and fluent in Arabic and English

Role Overview
- We're working with a growing Microsoft focused technology consultancy in Dubai that delivers digital transformation and AI adoption projects for enterprise customers across the region.
- They've just been awarded two large new projects and are expanding their customer success team to keep up with demand.

What will you be doing?

What do you need?
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Copilot, ideally already delivering workshops or training around it
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint
- 3 to 5 years of experience, ideally with a consulting or business analyst background
- A technical or engineering degree is a bonus, you're comfortable with technology and pick up new tools fast
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and running workshops in front of a room
- Based in Dubai and fluent in Arabic and English
