About the Role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee day to day operational activities, ensuring compliance with SLAs
- Support planning and execution of on site events, initiatives, and special projects
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners for seamless delivery of operational tasks
- Serve as on site point of contact for billing inquiries and operational requests
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly operational reports and dashboards
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, exceptions, and areas for improvement
- Ensure timely submission of performance metrics and highlight payment delays or discrepancies
- Maintain comprehensive asset register and track asset movements
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams for asset deployment, replacement, and disposal
- Support account transition activities including documentation and process handovers
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations coordination, project support, or facilities/project management
- Organizational and problem solving skills
- MS Office skills, knowledge of WMS
- Ability to work independently

Qualifications & Characteristics
