Job Overview
Project Site Engineer role overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works across construction project sites in Dubai.
MEP works must comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, and local regulations.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 7,000–10,000 per month.
Project Delivery Responsibilities
- Supervise daily MEP activities, coordinate project stakeholders, review drawings, monitor schedules, and coordinate materials and equipment.
- Conduct inspections, prepare snag lists, coordinate QA/QC approvals, and support testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Maintain project records and submit RFIs, material submittals, method statements, reports, and other technical documentation.
- Monitor progress, report delays and risks, and assist with variations, claims, and project closeout documentation.
Site and Safety Responsibilities
- Work is based at construction project sites and includes compliance with company safety policies and site HSE requirements.
- Identify hazards, implement corrective actions, participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks, and promote safe practices among site personnel and subcontractors.
