Job Brief
Manage the successful planning, execution, and completion of assigned civil construction projects in Dubai.
Develop project plans covering scope, budget, timelines, resources, quality, safety, and stakeholder coordination.
The role requires 8–10 years of UAE experience managing construction projects.
Salary
- Salary is up to AED 15,000 per month.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage project contracts, BOQs, specifications, drawings, scope, budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Monitor progress, variations, extensions of time, costs, financial performance, quality, and safety.
- Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, site teams, internal departments, and MEP teams.
- Manage material requests, submittals, approvals, site records, authority inspections, and project changes.
- Conduct inspections, prepare progress updates, improve efficiency, reduce expenses, and manage snagging and handover.
- Obtain the Work Completion Certificate from the client and consultant.
