Project Quantity Surveyor
A Tier One main contractor based in Dubai is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the commercial aspects of luxury build projects from procurement through to final account
- Handle post-contract QS across build projects
- Manage subcontractor procurement, letting, and management
- Prepare interim valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Prepare cost reporting and CVR preparation
- Line management and mentoring of junior QS staff
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Minimum 4 years' experience in fit-out
- UAE experience preferred
- Strong subcontract and final account experience
- Excellent written English
