The Role
Lead the interior design process from concept development through project completion across multiple real estate developments.
Deliver high-quality interior environments aligned with the developer's vision, brand standards, budgets, and timelines.
Work with internal development, design, project management, sales, and marketing teams, as well as external consultants and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full interior design lifecycle across multiple real estate developments.
- Lead review and development of concept, schematic, detailed design, and construction documentation packages.
- Coordinate external interior design consultants and maintain design quality and consistency.
- Review layouts, material selections, FF&E packages, mock-ups, and sample submissions.
- Conduct design reviews and value engineering exercises where required.
- Monitor construction progress and provide design support through delivery.
- Manage contractor and consultant performance for the interior design scope.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, authority requirements, and company design standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of interior design experience, including at least 3 years in a management position.
- Previous experience with a real estate developer is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of residential, hospitality, mixed-use, or luxury development projects.
- Experience managing external consultants and multidisciplinary design teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office applications.
