- Lead and manage hospitality development projects including hotels, resorts, and high end F&B facilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle: planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, and handover
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve technical or operational challenges
- Review design submissions and ensure alignment with hospitality operational standards
- Manage contracts, project documentation, and reporting to senior management
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within hotel and hospitality developments
- Proven experience managing large scale hospitality projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project planning, and contract management
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Willing and ready to relocate/transfer as required

Overview
