Accountabilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale initiatives involving software, content, curriculum, physical materials, service readiness, and multiple teams.
- Build project plans and critical paths while identifying long-lead activities and launch risks.
- Coordinate dependencies across curriculum, engineering, design, production, service, and partner teams.
- Identify risks, create mitigation plans, restore project health, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Facilitate planning, execution, and status meetings with documented decisions and ownership.
- Oversee digital and service readiness, asset tracking, quality assurance, and commercial launch preparation.
- Use team velocity, capacity, and workflow data to identify bottlenecks and improve throughput.
