AppliedAI is seeking a Project Manager to lead successful Opus deployment projects for clients.

The role executes statements of work, aligns clients and internal departments, and manages delivery standards, risks, and senior stakeholder expectations.

AppliedAI is an Abu Dhabi AI technology company serving regulated industries including healthcare, insurance, government, and financial services.
Opus is a Knowledge Work AI platform using supervised automation and a proprietary Large Work Model to orchestrate outcome-based workflows.
The platform combines AI handling of repetitive structured tasks with human oversight at defined intervals.
Project Delivery and Execution
- Own project delivery from scoping and planning through execution, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Build project plans, RAID logs, and daily and weekly reports.
- Establish stand-ups, steering committees, sprint reviews, and other governance cadences.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, dependencies, deliverables, KPIs, and milestones.
Client and Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for client project teams.
- Coordinate discovery sessions to define strategic product use cases.
- Partner with clients after deployment to identify additional product value and use cases.
- Translate requirements into actionable plans and manage budgets, quality, scope changes, decisions, and approvals.
- Support user acceptance testing, training, and enablement for client stakeholders.
Risk, Scope, and Quality
- Identify risks and blockers and drive mitigation and resolution plans.
- Keep project documentation clear, consistent, and current.
- Monitor scope creep and guide stakeholders through structured change control.
- Maintain delivery quality standards and alignment with company methodologies.
Internal Collaboration
- Partner with Product and Engineering to improve delivery workflows and handovers.
- Share lessons learned, contribute to playbooks, and support operational improvements.
- Mentor Project Coordinators or analysts where required.
- Contribute to resource planning and internal delivery-capacity forecasting.
Required Experience and Skills
- 4–7 years of experience in project management, delivery, consulting, or programme coordination.
- Experience managing multiple complex IT transformation projects across cross-functional teams.
- Experience with SaaS, technology, AI, data, or process-automation projects.
- Strong organization, execution, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Proficiency with delivery tools such as Jira, Monday, Asana, Confluence, or Gantt tools.
- Experience running stand-ups, sprint cycles, retrospectives, and steering committees.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering enterprise implementations or workflow automation is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is preferred.
- Consulting, customer success, or technical delivery experience is preferred.
- Understanding basic technical documentation or API and SaaS integrations is preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or ScrumMaster certifications are advantageous but not required.
