AI Workflow Engineer

Workplace and Travel

• The role is on-site in Abu Dhabi.
• Occasional local and international travel to client and partner sites may be required for project delivery, onboarding, training, and workshops.

Role Overview

Technical Solution Delivery

• Lead technical implementation and configuration of the AI workflow automation platform for customers and partners.
• Design, build, and deliver proofs of concept and pilot projects showcasing AI-powered workflows.
• Integrate solutions with third-party systems through APIs and web services.

Integrations and APIs

• Work hands-on with APIs, data connectors, and middleware to integrate ERP, CRM, HR, finance, and other enterprise platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues by diagnosing and addressing technical challenges.

Partner and Customer Interaction

• Collaborate with strategic partner technical and project teams on joint solutions and client engagements.
• Engage customer technical teams to understand their environments, integration needs, and business processes.
• Support onboarding, technical training, and enablement sessions for client and partner teams.
• Travel for project delivery, onsite workshops, and partner collaboration.

Documentation and Collaboration

• Prepare technical documentation, integration guides, and handover materials for customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Relay customer and partner feedback to Product and Engineering to help drive product improvement.
• Stay current on trends in AI, workflow automation, and enterprise system integration.

Required Qualifications

• Proven technical background in AI, machine learning, workflow automation, or related fields.
• Strong hands-on experience with system integrations and APIs, including REST, SOAP, or webhooks.
• Ability to work directly with partner and customer technical teams to solve problems and build trust.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required for client and partner engagements.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience integrating major ERP or CRM platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Salesforce.
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration engines.
• Coding or scripting skills, with Python preferred.
• Experience delivering technical workshops or training sessions.
• Knowledge of security and compliance best practices in integrations.
