Business Analyst / AI Solutions Consultant (Arabic Speaker)

Role Overview

Client Engagement and Discovery

• Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to identify needs and drivers beyond surface-level requirements.
• Define workflows and align architecture decisions with client teams while building internal advocates.
• Build trusted technical relationships and advise stakeholders on orchestration design.
• Navigate complex organizational dynamics to align IT and Operations.

Solution Design and Documentation

• Architect business cases that quantify ROI and P&L impact to create urgency for change.
• Define integration points with APIs, data sources, and cloud infrastructure.
• Maintain design decision logs, system interface definitions, and solution playbooks.

Technical Leadership and Delivery

• Provide clear technical guidance to client teams and internal implementation engineers.
• Identify and resolve technical blockers and system constraints during delivery.
• Conduct demonstrations focused on business outcomes rather than feature tours.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex technical challenges during delivery.

Experience Requirements

• Require 5+ years in solutions consulting, technical consulting, or technical business analysis roles.
• Require proven post-sales experience working directly with enterprise clients.
• Require a strong background in workflow automation, distributed systems, or AI/ML-driven platforms.

Technical Requirements

• Require expert-level confidence discussing AI, APIs, and integrations such as webhooks.
• Require the ability to translate vague use cases into robust technical solutions and sequence diagrams.

Professional Capabilities

• Require effective stakeholder engagement and the ability to remain calm when challenged.
• Require executive presence when challenging C-suite thinking and discussing strategic impact.
