Discovery and Process Mapping

• Support discovery sessions to map process steps, ownership, timing, rules, failure points, pain points, systems, and integrations.
• Build process maps and visual workflow diagrams for client review and sign-off in the Opus Discovery Tool.
• Ask clarifying questions to identify how processes are actually practiced.
• Take structured workshop notes and create clear documentation.

Documentation and Coordination

• Maintain process documentation, requirements notes, and workflow specifications for each client engagement.
• Organize discovery outputs for AI Solutions Consultants and Workflow Engineers.
• Track open questions, decisions, and follow-ups across engagements.
• Prepare client-facing process summaries, value reports, return-on-investment materials, and status updates.

Delivery Support

• Work with Project Managers and AI Solutions Consultants to keep discovery and documentation work on schedule.
• Check delivered build output against the agreed process map.
• Attend client meetings and demos while capturing feedback and action items.
• Flag process gaps, inconsistencies, and ambiguities early.

Experience

• Two to four years of experience in business analysis, business operations, or process improvement.
• Client-facing or cross-functional project delivery experience is a plus.
• Regulated-industry experience in banking, insurance, healthcare, or government is a plus but not required.

Skills

• Strong process-mapping and documentation skills.
• Working knowledge of tools such as Excel, Figma, Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple documentation threads across concurrent engagements.
• Basic familiarity with business software concepts, systems, data, and integrations.

Soft Skills

• Clear written communication and confidence in live client workshops.
• Curiosity and thoroughness when investigating how processes work.
• Collaborative and coachable approach with senior consultants, project managers, and workflow engineers.
• Calm and professional client presence when processes are complex or unclear.
