Role Overview

Join the post-sales Delivery Team as an AI Solutions Consultant supporting client success with the Opus agentic AI workflow orchestration platform.

Translate enterprise client requirements into detailed technical designs and guide implementation.

Balance solution design, hands-on technical oversight, analytical work, and stakeholder management.

Client Engagement and Discovery

  • Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to identify needs and drivers beyond surface-level requirements.
  • Define workflows and align architecture decisions with client teams while building internal advocates.
  • Build trusted technical relationships and advise stakeholders on orchestration design.
  • Align IT and Operations stakeholders across complex organizational environments.

Solution Design and Documentation

  • Architect business cases that quantify ROI and P&L impact.
  • Define integrations with client APIs, data sources, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Maintain design decision logs, system interface definitions, and solution playbooks.

Technical Leadership and Delivery

  • Provide actionable technical guidance to client teams and internal implementation engineers.
  • Identify and resolve technical blockers and system constraints during delivery.
  • Conduct outcome-focused demonstrations and serve as an escalation point for complex technical challenges.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in solutions consulting, technical consulting, or technical business analysis.
  • Proven post-sales experience working directly with enterprise clients.
  • Strong background in workflow automation, distributed systems, or AI/ML-driven platforms.

Technical and Soft Skills

  • Expertise discussing AI, APIs, and integrations such as webhooks without regular engineering support.
  • Expertise translating vague use cases into technical solutions and sequence diagrams.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders effectively, challenge C-suite thinking, and collaborate with engineers, architects, and executives.
