Position Overview
Lead and oversee facilities management operations for large-scale projects.
The role requires a strong Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background, advanced certifications, and extensive Gulf region experience.
Location and Work Setting
- The position is based in Doha, Qatar.
- Work is performed in person with dedicated on-site leadership and 24×7 on-call support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project operations and ensure smooth facility functioning.
- Lead engineering and maintenance teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Handle resource planning, budgeting, and cost control.
- Prepare technical and operational reports for senior management.
- Provide 24×7 on-call support and dedicated on-site leadership.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- IFMA CFM or IWFM Level 6 certification.
- UPDA/MMUP registration at Grade A level.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Minimum 15 years of experience, including at least 8 years in the Gulf region.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
