The position focuses on maintenance, regulatory compliance, safety, quality, performance, and reliable facility operations.
Location and Employment
- The role is located in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise electrical, mechanical, ELV, BMS, and control systems.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facilities.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar building maintenance standards and international best practices.
- Coordinate with service providers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure adherence to QHSE policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Prepare reports, maintenance plans, and operational documentation.
- Support smooth facility operations with minimal downtime.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of total professional experience, including at least 3 years in the GCC managing similar operations.
- Strong working knowledge of electromechanical systems applicable to facilities or schools.
- Good knowledge of quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
