Job description
The role covers business sourcing, sourcing-channel relationship management, internal stakeholder coordination, and end-to-end loan-disbursement process coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Empanel new dealers and allocate resources.
- Ensure process and documentation compliance, financial inclusion activities, agreement execution, and credit approval.
- Hire, train, and develop the sales team to achieve targeted numbers.
Qualifications
- The required experience range is 5–10 years.
- A graduate degree in any specialization is required.
