Job Description
Business development role focused on identifying sales opportunities, acquiring customers, promoting bank products, and supporting branch growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and area mapping to identify sales possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, existing customers, and bank-provided leads.
- Plan and execute sales and marketing activities in assigned areas and markets.
- Organize potential-client meetings, evaluate customer needs, and achieve sales of bank products and services.
- Help branches plan and conduct customer meets.
- Participate in exhibitions and local events to promote the bank, products, and services.
- Collaborate with teams and branches to achieve optimal results.
- Identify and use opportunities to cross-sell other retail products and services.
Qualifications
- Experience range: 0 to 3 years.
- Graduate in any specialization.
