Manage the entire operation of a bank branch.
Ensure sales goals are attained while maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer service standards are met and minimize customer complaints and escalations.
- Deepen customer engagement and maximize revenue through cross-selling and upselling.
- Ensure smooth branch operations at all times.
- Ensure the branch adheres to high compliance standards.
- Maintain branch physical and IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in any specialization.
- Three to nine years of relevant experience.
