The role focuses on business development and sales opportunities for gold loans and other retail banking products.
The position covers assigned areas and markets and involves collaboration with bank branches and teams.
Business Development Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and area mapping to identify sales possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, existing customers, and bank-provided leads.
- Plan and execute sales and marketing activities in assigned areas and markets.
- Arrange meetings with prospective clients, evaluate their needs, and achieve sales of bank products and services.
Branch and Market Activities
- Help branches plan and conduct customer meets.
- Participate in exhibitions and local events to promote the bank, its products, and its services.
- Collaborate with teams and branches to achieve optimum results.
- Identify and use opportunities to cross-sell other retail banking products and services.
Qualifications
- Experience range is zero to three years.
- Graduate qualification in any specialization.
