Oversee the entire operation of a branch, including sales attainment and customer service quality.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer service standards are met and minimize customer complaints and escalations.
- Deepen customer engagement and maximize revenue through cross-selling and upselling.
- Ensure smooth operations of the branch at all times.
- Ensure the branch adheres to the highest standards of compliance.
- Maintain branch upkeep, including physical and IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years and maximum 9 years of experience.
- Graduate degree in any specialization.
