- Minimum 7 years' experience in retail project management, store development, retail delivery, fit out, construction, or facilities management
- Proven track record delivering retail store openings from concept through to operational handover
- Experience managing contractors, consultants, landlords, mall operators, and authority approvals
- Strong understanding of budgeting, procurement, CAPEX management, and project controls
- Exposure to facilities management and maintenance operations within retail environments
- GCC experience highly preferred

Role Overview
