Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Project Assistant role based in Abu Dhabi.
- The Project Assistant will support project managers and HR consultants with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing project documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
- The role includes coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, tracking project timelines, and assisting with reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort working with digital tools, spreadsheets, and project documentation.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills in Arabic are an advantage.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Proactive, resourceful approach to problem solving and a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
