Project / Production Manager role for an upcoming major event project in Qatar.
The role owns planning, coordination, and on-site delivery of live event production and large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead event projects from concept through execution and manage plans, timelines, schedules, and milestones.
- Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, contractors, production partners, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee logistics, build, technical elements, infrastructure, and site operations as applicable.
- Monitor progress, risks, documentation, budgets, and operational requirements.
- Lead teams during planning and execution, including meetings, site visits, rehearsals, and event days.
- Ensure delivery meets timelines, quality standards, and client expectations, including live troubleshooting.
- Prepare post-event reports and complete project close-out requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Production Manager, or similar events-industry professional.
- Experience delivering large-scale live events, exhibitions, conferences, festivals, or similar projects.
- Strong project management, production, organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing suppliers, contractors, and third-party partners.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and make decisions.
- Must currently be based in Qatar and available for the full contract period.
Workplace
- The project is based in Qatar and includes on-site event delivery, site visits, rehearsals, and event days.
