Role Overview
The role manages cash management services and related digital initiatives.
The scope covers banking clients across multiple business verticals and the TBG Group.
The title identifies the position as Product Manager - CMS.
Cash Management Services
- Manage paper-based instruments, cheque printing, dividend disbursements, cash delivery services, and statutory payments.
- Manage utility bill payments, physical and electronic NACH solutions, and escrow or TRA account management.
- Manage electronic payments including RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, and UPI.
Digital and Technology Initiatives
- Lead host-to-host and SFTP initiatives, API-based payment solutions, and reporting and reconciliation capabilities.
- Initiate and manage digital initiatives across the TBG Group, including trade and supply chain finance.
- Explore fintech partnerships to leverage capabilities for clients.
Product and Stakeholder Management
- Engage internal stakeholders to identify digital opportunities and launch new products.
