The product manager will bring AI-enabled capabilities from concept through deployment, adoption, optimization, and scale.
Accountabilities
- Own product initiatives involving AI, automation, workflow transformation, decision automation, and related technologies.
- Analyze workflows with clinical, business, operations, engineering, and data science teams to identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve accuracy and cycle times.
- Partner with risk, compliance, legal, and governance stakeholders on regulatory, audit, security, and responsible AI requirements.
- Translate user and business needs into requirements, features, user stories, and prioritized backlog items.
- Lead agile product delivery and support deployment, adoption, scaling, and continuous optimization.
- Establish and monitor product KPIs, user feedback, operational performance, financial outcomes, and market trends.
- Support explainability, bias mitigation, model governance, performance monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
- Communicate product vision, roadmaps, priorities, progress, and outcomes to technical, non-technical, and senior stakeholders.
- Help evolve product management standards, governance processes, and delivery practices across the AI and automation portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, project management, product operations, or a related leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related discipline.
- Experience delivering at least one AI or automation solution, including AI/ML, generative AI, workflow automation, business rules, decision automation, RPA, or intelligent document processing.
- Strong skills in requirements definition, prioritization, backlog management, agile delivery, and cross-functional execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to facilitate discussions, manage stakeholders, and communicate with executives.
- Ability to prioritize competing initiatives, navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and drive measurable outcomes.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and across technical and non-technical functions.
- Experience defining product KPIs and measuring operational, user, and financial outcomes.
- Ability to translate complex business and user problems into practical, scalable product solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree, MBA, or advanced technical education is preferred.
- Healthcare automation, payer operations, utilization management, clinical workflow, or related healthcare experience is desirable.
- Experience with regulated-industry AI and automation products or transformation programs is advantageous.
- Familiarity with LLMs, NLP, document intelligence, AI-powered healthcare applications, MLOps, model governance, responsible AI, cloud AI platforms, process mining, workflow optimization, or straight-through processing is beneficial.
- Remote work requires cable broadband or fiber-optic internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary is $113,200 to $188,600, depending on experience, geographic location, and other relevant factors.
- The role includes eligibility for an annual bonus plan and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, holidays, and eligible leaves.
