- Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and supplier databases
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock planning and replenishment
- Work closely with project managers, site teams, and operations staff to meet material requirements
- Safely transport materials, equipment, and company personnel as required
- Handle deliveries, collections, supplier visits, site visits, and other company related errands
- Plan efficient travel routes to ensure timely deliveries and optimize transportation costs
- Assist with loading and unloading materials when necessary
- Ensure company vehicles are clean, well maintained, and serviced according to schedule
- Comply with UAE traffic regulations and company safety policies
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, or similar role
- Good understanding of sourcing, supplier coordination, and purchasing processes
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and procurement documentation
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to manage procurement and transportation duties efficiently and independently
- UAE experience is preferred
- Experience in maintenance, fit out, renovation, construction, or building materials procurement is an advantage

Qualifications & Experience
