Lead and manage all procurement activities across joinery and fit-out projects.
Ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery from sourcing through installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.
- Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors.
- Manage raw materials including wood, veneers, laminates, hardware, and finishes, plus FF&E items.
- Establish and maintain supplier, distributor, and sub-distributor networks.
- Oversee factory coordination, production planning, and quality control processes.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing agreements, and supplier performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and project requirements.
- Monitor logistics, shipping, and delivery schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Optimize cost, value engineering, and risk management across projects.
- Collaborate with design, project management, and commercial teams.
Requirements
- Proven procurement experience within the joinery, woodworking, or fit-out industry.
- Strong knowledge of materials, suppliers, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Experience managing supply chains and international sourcing.
- Commercially driven with a strong cost-control mindset.
- Leadership experience managing procurement teams.
