The Export Sales Executive will develop international sales, manage existing customers, and identify new business opportunities across overseas markets.
The role focuses on export sales, customer relationships, and coordination with internal teams for order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international sales strategies.
- Identify new customers, distributors, and business partners.
- Manage existing international client relationships.
- Generate leads through research, outbound sales, networking, and industry contacts.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Handle inquiries and follow up on opportunities.
- Monitor markets, competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, finance, and operations teams.
- Manage export orders through shipment and delivery.
- Prepare reports and maintain CRM and customer records.
- Attend exhibitions and trade shows when required.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field is required.
- Two to five years of export, international, or B2B sales experience is required.
- Experience with international customers and distributors is required.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills are required.
- Knowledge of export processes, shipping, and international trade documentation is required.
- A strong commercial and business development mindset is required.
- Good command of English is required.
- Independent work and the ability to manage multiple markets and customers are required.
- UAE market experience is an advantage.
