Location and Compensation

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop concepts based on client requirements, project briefs, and budgets.
• Prepare mood boards, material palettes, space plans, layouts, and design presentations.
• Develop furniture, finishes, lighting, color schemes, and other interior elements.
• Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
• Prepare 2D drawings and 3D visualizations or renders.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Conduct site visits and review progress to maintain design intent.
• Review shop drawings, material samples, finishes, and mock-ups.
• Select and coordinate furniture, fixtures, fittings, materials, and accessories.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, technical requirements, and project standards.
• Present concepts and proposals to clients and incorporate feedback.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating residential, commercial, and/or hospitality projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software, and Adobe Creative Suite.
