Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain situational awareness and manage potential security risks and threats.
• Conduct security assessments, advance reconnaissance, route planning, and location checks.
• Provide security during domestic and international travel, including airports, hotels, events, and public engagements.
• Monitor residence access and identify unauthorized or suspicious activity.
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and medical situations with appropriate initial assistance.
• Coordinate with drivers, household staff, security teams, local authorities, and other personnel.
• Maintain a service-oriented approach while respecting comfort, privacy, and lifestyle.
• Protect confidential information about the principal, residence, movements, schedules, and personal affairs.
• Remain flexible with changing schedules, working hours, travel requirements, and lifestyle needs.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing close protection to VIPs, UHNWIs, HNWIs, senior executives, royal families, or other high-profile individuals is preferred.
• Experience in military, special forces, law enforcement, close protection, executive protection, or professional security is preferred.
• Experience in high-profile private households or VIP environments is preferred.
• Experience managing security during international travel, residential assignments, public engagements, and high-profile events is preferred.
• Experience working within professional security and household teams is preferred.

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong situational awareness, observation skills, judgment, and calmness under pressure are required.
• A valid passport and willingness to travel internationally with the principal are required.
• Discretion, confidentiality, professionalism, integrity, and reliability are required.
• Relevant certifications and strong professional references are advantageous.
• Candidates based in Qatar are preferred; overseas candidates must be willing to relocate to Qatar.
