- Prepare and serve daily meals to a high standard
- Accurately calculate calories, macros, portions, and ingredients
- Develop healthy, high protein, and customized meals when required
- Purchase groceries and source quality ingredients
- Manage pantry, refrigerator, freezer, stock levels, and expiry dates
- Maintain excellent kitchen hygiene, food safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Minimize food waste and manage grocery spending responsibly
- Prepare meals for guests and small private gatherings when required
- Maintain discretion, professionalism, and household privacy
Requirements
- Formal culinary school qualification
- Minimum 5 years of professional chef experience
- Strong spoken and written English
- Experience in menu planning, grocery purchasing, and kitchen management
- Good knowledge of nutrition, calorie counting, and macronutrients
- Ability to cook a broad range of international cuisines
- Private household experience preferred

Role Overview
- We are seeking a professionally trained Private Chef to manage the full culinary requirements of a private household.
- The ideal candidate must have completed formal culinary training, have at least 5 years of professional experience, and be highly proficient in English.
- They should be confident managing a fully equipped kitchen independently and capable of preparing a wide variety of high quality meals.
